Over a five year period we engaged Residential Properties to find two tenants and one buyer for our townhouse in Cumberland, RI. The two tenants they located were top quality. The pricing we got through Residential gave us a great return on our investment in the property - 10% of the property value per year in rental income. This allowed us to generate cash flow while the R.I. housing market recovered from a period of weakness. When the time came to sell, Residential delivered an excellent service level in all aspects of the preparation, marketing and closing effort. The contract and closing process was seamless. We were able to close with minimal lost time and as a result did not incur a great deal of carrying costs after the last lease period was completed. The team at Residential was extremely accessible whenever we had a question or a need for timely action. Since we wanted to complete the closing process remotely, without a return trip to RI, it was necessary for the Residential team to manage a number of inspections and paperwork requirements on our behalf. There were no glitches or surprises. This was a very successful sales effort and we would highly recommend the professional team at Residential for any type of real estate marketing/sales need.
