He is a New York City transplant who discovered The Ocean State in 2013 and moved here the following year. Ramiro brings to RPL a fresh perspective on Rhode Island's housing market and an unending appreciation for the region's architecture, history, and culture.

As a bilingual Realtor®, a majority of his focus has been helping families with limited English purchase their first piece of real estate - even advising first-time investors through creating investment property portfolios. He has also assisted clients on numerous flips, from aqcuistion, to design, project management, and ultimately resale, always securing attractive profits.

Early in his career, he worked for luxury accessories firms Salvatore Ferragamo and Judith Leiber Couture before designing, manufacturing, and marketing his own custom-made handbags to an international audience, with notable patrons such as the late Joan Rivers, Naomi Campbell, Queen Saleha of Brunei, former Malaysian First Lady Rosmah Mansor, and reality TV star Sonja Morgan.

Ramiro currently resides on Blackstone Boulevard, in Providence’s East Side. He understands the nuances and market trends of the neighborhood, having recently purchased, renovated, and sold another East Side home in Wayland Square. He is passionate about his community and philanthropy, always looking for ways to bring his talents to good causes. From 2017-2021 he was a "Big" with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ocean State (BBBSOS), successfully guiding and mentoring his "Little" throughout High School. In 2020, he was sworn in as a member of the Providence Historic District Commission and joined the board of directors for Community Music Works in 2021 where he currently serves as President. In 2023, he was appointed to the Providence Redevelopment Agency. As a classical violinist, he has accompanied holiday services at St. Peter's Church in Warwick as well as the Narragansett Bay Symphony Community Orchestra.

When not strategizing with his clients, Ramiro loves growing his own vegetables, hosting dinner parties, writing home to Mom, and cooking traditional Mexican cuisine. Bikram yoga, interior design, and DIY home improvements provide fun challenges, but for pure pleasure, he loves spending a day appreciating the fine historic homes throughout Rhode Island on leisurely wide-eyed walks.
