Monique's passion for real estate derives from her love of helping others find their forever home and handing them the keys. Her people-first approach first took shape in the medical field where for 20 years she provided the highest level of patient care. She is 100% focused on helping you achieve your goals and dreams.

Licensed in RI and MA, she joined Residential Properties because the company provides a robust suite of technology and services to facilitate the real estate process. RPL's full-time, in-house marketing services include social media promotion, strategic print advertising, digital ad campaigns, and more to help you target the ideal audience and get you to the closing table.

Living with her husband in lovely Conimicut Village near Conimicut Point, Monique makes time for camping, hiking, and other outdoor activities that let her savor the natural wonders of New England. After work, she recharges her batteries by spending time with her three cats: a Maine coon, a black Bombay, and a tabby.
