Monica, the daughter of a real estate investor, is a native Rhode Islander born and raised in Providence. Having grown up in the business, she started her career path as a Maternal-Child Registered Nurse after completing a Bachelor of Science from Rhode Island College in 2006. Her years in this intensely focused patient care role made her a dedicated and trusted professional, who now applies the same qualities of accountability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to her real estate clients. Recipient of the Rising Star Real Estate Agent Awards and the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors® Diamond Sales Awards, Monica proudly serves buyers and sellers throughout Rhode Island and Southeastern MA.

Along with her altruistic nature and values of faith and social justice, Monica takes pride in giving back to her community. She is an active member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Rhode Island Association of Realtors®, and the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors® where she serves as a Director and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee Vice Chairman. Monica also volunteers as the PTO Fundraiser Coordinator of a local middle school and in her parish community.

Monica resides in Attleboro with her husband of 18 years, their three boys, and their Miniature Schnauzer named Loki. All three of her children are honor roll students, each with busy schedules centered on their athletic pursuits, one in AAU baseball, one in USBC bowling, and one in AAU volleyball. When not rooting for her boys, Monica enjoys exploring all that New England has to offer, from the rich variety in food and culture to the beautiful coastal shorelines. She also enjoys traveling abroad. Favorite destinations include the Cape Verde Islands, Portugal, Jamaica, Hawaii, Bermuda, France, and Switzerland.

We have been buying and selling properties for 20 years, gone through a fair amount of realtors and other professionals in the process. By far, Monica is the most professional and easy to work with realtor. She has helped us with buying/selling residential investment properties and renting out apartments. Monica is detail oriented and communicating every step of the way, the exact amount of information you would expect to receive during the process. She is knowledgeable and brings in her expertise and value, whether buying, selling or renting. There were a couple transactions that had unforeseen complications. She was always calm, on top of her game, never missed a beat, all the necessary paperwork, communications delivered promptly with different stake holders. She doesn't give "big talk", but she DELIVERS. We were lucky to know her (through an open house where she was the listing agent couple years ago). We will exclusively use her as our agent for all real estate investment needs and don't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
