For my sellers I utilize a unique marketing approach that involves home staging to best portray your home, professional photography and videography to best showcase your home and unmatched internet marketing to best expose your home. I do not use lockboxes and personally are present for almost all showings and inspections. My 30+ years of negotiating skills assures you that you are getting the best deal possible.

For my buyers I will make myself available at your convenience to view properties. I am not afraid of showing you 20 homes if that's what it takes to find the right one. I will put my 10 years of contracting experience to work for you to pre-inspect every home we see to find any potential issues that will come up as a result of your inspections. I will do a full market analysis to assess the value of each property regardless of the ask price and most importantly I am not afraid to tell you that, "you shouldn't buy that house".

Thanks Mike this was the easiest real estate transaction of our lives and we have bought and sold a number of properties. We had a deposit 7 days after we listed it for full price. The only thing we had to do is show up for the closing Mike handled everything else.

Mike handled the sale of our home, our home was previously listed with another agent and we had no success in selling or even getting showings. Mike came in and listed the property for the same price as our previous agent and sold it quickly. He was always available for us and the buyers and communicated everything that was happening throughout the deal. The sale went extremely smooth there were no issues because Mike took care of them in advance. I would recomend Mike to anyone thinking of selling their home
