After having Mark Ryan of Residential Properties handle our purchase of a townhome, we knew exactly who we wanted to help navigate the sale of our one-family home. Prior to this, we hadn’t bought or sold a home in 32 years, so we needed a realtor we could trust and who had our best interest at heart. Mark was amazing. To make it easy for my husband and me, Mark came to our house to discuss a possible listing price. He made the process so easy as he had taken the guesswork out of it. It could not have rained any harder on the afternoon of our first Open House. Mark came equipped with a golf-size umbrella in hand and walked potential homebuyers into the home! In addition, he had made a handout for the potential home buyer and remained on-site for the duration of the Open House, giving each visitor a detailed description of updates and possible use for the space. Mark’s work was worth the effort, as we were soon met with multiple offers for this home built-in 1966. Mark helped us weed through the offers and gave us guidance in choosing which was best. Once accepted, Mark met the Fire Department at the house on two different occasions. This was great, as both my husband and I work and did not need to take time away from our already busy schedules. Mark accompanied the buyers and their Inspector and relayed the information to us. Lastly, Mark accompanied us both to the lawyer's office to finalize the sale of our property.
