Marisa Ferris

Marisa had been working with us starting 3 years ago before the pandemic when my wife and I were beginning to look at move back to the east coast. When the move was finally happening she was super patient and ready to go on a moments notice. We love her after all this. I would like to think we made a friend and neighbor out of working with her.

We were first time home buyers and Marisa Ferris made this experience extremely smooth. She knew exactly what to do at every step of the way. We could not have been happier working with Marisa. Marisa was absolutely fabulous! She was so attentive and patient with me, especially in such a competitive market. She paid attention to my likes/dislikes and what my requirements were for a home. She kept encouraging me that eventually I will find my home regardless of how many times I was outbid. The home I finally purchased she had sent to me to go look at and I wasn't even that excited about it until I gave it a chance and now I am loving every minute of it. I plan to use her again in the future and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
