Linda was able to explain aspects of the selling process and her strategy in ways I could understand. She handled my hysterical/anxious moments like a pro. I am grateful that she was able to manage my real estate needs.

Linda is very well versed in what to do and what to say when talking to the seller and buyer. She goes above and beyond in every part of the transaction. Also, after the sale is done she worked her butt off to make it easier for the seller. I am proud to have worked with her because she is very knowledgeable in all aspects on selling and getting along with everyone.

It is with great pleasure that I tell you about my experience with Linda. First a little background; I do not reside in Rhode Island, nor did I travel to see the property my husband and I purchased prior to close. I also never met Linda at any point throughout the process. Having said that, from our first email exchange, followed by dozens of texts and occasional phone calls, I felt like I’d know her forever. Her demeanor was calming, her knowledge extensive, her patience Saint like and her availability was at all hours all the time. My husband and I have been real estate investors for almost 30 years and have tangled with the best of the best and the worst of the arrogant self promoters. Linda Sweet tops, and I mean tops the list of the best of the best. She was my eyes and ears which I needed being 400 miles away. She went above and beyond, was present at inspections since I couldn’t be, made multiple trips to the property on my behalf and facilitated me purchasing some of the seller’s personal affects in conjunction with my purchase. Linda never seemed inconvenienced to go the extra mile on my behalf and I asked a lot of her out of necessity. I trusted her 1000% and she did not disappoint. She radiated a “can and will do” approach every single day despite the quirky elements of the deal. I am Linda’s biggest cheerleader,albeit from far away and I won’t partner with anyone else in Rhode Island to achieve my future real estate goals Sheis Residential’s best foot forward, the epitome of professionalism and kindness and post close I am blessed to call her my friend! She is a gem of a human in every way ❤️
