Linda worked with us closely as buyers negotiating to purchase property under the jurisdiction of State environmental agencies as well as town agencies. There were some questions as to site work allowed and Linda, being skeptical, did extensive research and determined that we could not do what we had wanted and been led to believe. She exhibited exceptional knowledge of local restrictions and property values. Her knowledge, concern for her clients and tireless energy kept us from making the wrong decision. She arrived at a listing price based on her clear knowledge of the RI coastal real estate market and research about our house in particular. By the time of the first open house she knew what renovations would be allowed by the neighborhood association and had created potential floor plans for prospective buyers who might want to update/ reconfigure rooms. Her team did great photography and drone work. And thanks to Linda's interior design background she staged the house in a way that made people want to linger on the porch taking in the view...or picture themselves in the living room entertaining friends. Her knowledge of pricing, and costs, along wth her deep experience in negotiating was a big help at every step in the process. It was always easy to get in touch with her. And as a bonus she has a great sense of humor. We can't recommend Linda highly enough.
