Katy was extremely helpful in our apartment search. We were looking at apartments virtually due to COVID-19 and she was so top of listings fitting the criteria we wanted. She was a pleasure to work with and was always working for us to find the best option out there. She contacted landlords daily/hourly, got videos when we needed them, figured out how to do zoom/ FaceTime tours so we felt comfortable signing for an apartment, and anything else we requested. She used to her knowledge and asked questions to the landlord that we didn't even think of. She was so helpful and so pleasant to work with!

Katy helped us find a new apartment on short notice this fall and we certainly would recommend her to anyone looking to find a new home. She was incredibly prompt, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process and my wife and I felt like she had our best interests in mind when discussing our application with the landlord. Katy is a phenomenal agent. Her responsiveness is top notch. She truly cares about her clients and helping them find the best place to live for them. She is extremely personable and easy to work with. I would strongly recommend her to anyone. She helped myself and my roommates incredibly in finding a place to rent. We had a lot of wants and restrictions and she was very accommodating in helping us find the perfect place. Katy was very professional and a pleasure to work with. My condo sale was complicated in that it involved an existing lease in place. She worked diligently throughout communicating with both me and my tenant to ensure minimal friction during the showings. I felt she always took my suggestions seriously, and wasn't afraid to pushback with her own ideas when necessary. Listing to close took seven months, but I never felt that her focus/interest in my listing wavered one bit!! She was incredibly responsive and would provide updates weekly which were greatly appreciated. I had an incredible experience working with Katy and would definitely work with her again in the future.
