Kathleen joined Residential Properties in 2015 as a member of the Rockwell & Pierard Team. She is a native Rhode Islander and a lifelong resident of Rumford. Graduating from Providence College with a BA, Kathleen worked in the insurance industry on both the company and agency side as an underwiter and marketing specialist.

Prior to entering the real estate field she worked as a surplus lines broker for a major Rhode Island insurance agency as a professional liability specialist. Kathleen enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and prides herself in her professionalism and outstanding service. That in addition to her business background and dedication to her clients makes for an exceptional experience. As a member of a three person team she is able to offer her clients constant coverage and specialized service.

When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, volunteering, playing golf, and enjoying the many fabulous restaurants in Rhode Island.
