I first met Joe at an open house. I had very little experience with real estate and was new to Providence. Joe was immediately enthusiastic about meeting me and helping me look for a place to potentially purchase in Providence. Joe is also local to Providence, knows the people and the area extensively, and loves welcoming new people to his city and is probably one of the friendliest people I have ever met. He had reading material ready to go for first time home buyers and he also gave a lot of really great advice before the process started. Joe made each excursion to look at properties fun and informative. He also knew what I was looking for and always took me to see houses that fit my criteria in many ways. When we got started there were not tons of houses available-- I started looking in the winter. But Joe stuck with me and was always happy to help until I found the right place. Joe had his eye on one particular property during this process that he thought would be great for me, but wasn't quite on the market yet. Once he found out that the owner was ready to sell, he helped me get right in. Of course, it turned out to be the place I wanted. We made an offer and, after a bit of back and forth, we made a deal! I have been living in the house for over a year. It has turned out to be a great investment and a wonderful house, as expected. And Joe has been there for me ever since! Anytime I need a recommendation for a service for the house, or even places to go in and around Providence, he always has answers. I have never met someone who is so immediately responsive in communication either over phone or email. And if he ever didn't have an answer (which was very seldom) he knew many people who did. I recommend Joe to every person I know who is looking to buy in Providence/ Rhode Island.

We were not the easiest clients for Joe...we were determined and committed, but we were first-time buyers from out of state who didn't know the process or the neighborhood very well. Through the whole process, he was available, kind, patient, he listened well, he advised us brilliantly. He cares about his clients and stresses that he wants you to be comfortable with every decision. If we were thinking of moving any time soon, Joe wold be our man. But thankfully we're very happy in our home!

I am very happy with our studio's new location! I worked with Joe in Feb-Apr of 2015 in our search for a new home for my design and manufacturing studio. I was looking for a very specific type of industrial space and although this is not Joe's area of expertise he ran with the challenge and my pickiness. He regularly provided me with new and updated listings, took care of all the scheduling and follow ups, was prompt to answer emails and phone calls, and has a real knack for keeping the discussion with owners and realtors moving forward and positive. I thought the search for a new location was going to be daunting but what I appreciated most about working with Joe is that he takes a lot of the questions upon himself to research, answer, and get back to you which allowed me to keep my focus on running my business. There is also something reassuring about working with a realtor that has experience in appraising because he knows what to point out and look for.

Our experience with Joe couldn't have been better. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, communicative, patient and friendly. Those last two qualities were especially important to us, first-time home-buyers who needed some extra attention! Once he learned what we were looking for, he was extremely active in finding our dream house. Joe really knows the market in our area and was fantastic in communicating what was coming up for sale that we should pay attention to. The whole process was smooth and efficient and we ended up with the perfect house below asking price! We have recommended Joe to several close friends and everyone has been thrilled with his work.
