As a Rhode Island native, James knows the benefits and amenities of every corner of the state and has a wide network across Providence and Newport, where he spends most summers. Prior to real estate, James led Scorpio Accessories, a design driven accessories brand. James oversaw all aspects of the business, from design and development to strategic growth, building partnerships with major national retailers. His background instilled a strong sense of design, a keen awareness of market trends, and the ability to manage meaningful relationships and complex negotiations. His work also involved extensive international travel to stay ahead of market trends and oversee global production. Combined with extensive international experience, this foundation brings a sophisticated and strategic approach to the luxury real estate market.

James is deeply rooted in family, with strong values centered around loyalty, support, and connection. He remains very close with his family, and their constant support plays an important role in both his personal and professional life. Outside of real estate, James enjoys exploring new culinary experiences and building meaningful connections within the community.
