The founder and principal of Mansions & Manors, Gloria entered the Rhode Island market in 1995, after a real estate career in Greenwich, Connecticut. With over 30 years of real estate experience, she holds the coveted SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist) designation, is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Rhode Island and South Carolina, a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Rhode Island Association of Realtors®, the Newport County Board Realtors®, Beaufort/Jasper (SC) Board of Realtors and was formerly a member of the Eastern Connecticut Association of Realtors®. She has a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) Degree and is a former member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of California.

Gloria's background includes administrative management with CETA Title 1 programs in Orange County, California; experience as a Deputy District Attorney in Stanislaus County (Modesto), California and, as a litigation associate with the law firm of Burns Jackson Miller Summit & Jacoby on Park Avenue in New York. She was also involved in marketing and consulting in the cosmetic, fragrance, and fashion industry, with corporate marketing experience at Avon International and as a principal of Wilmot Enterprises.

A seasoned negotiator in luxury and super-luxury real estate, Gloria is the publisher of the newsletter, "Real Estate Views", the first real estate newsletter published in Jamestown. She founded the firm's "Care and Share" program that contributes to local non-profit organizations.

Gloria's husband, Rick, lives in Beaufort SC. He served as the President of the Board of the Low Country Master Naturalist Association, was also on the Board of the Beaufort Performing Arts Center and retired from the Board of Directors for Cakebread Cellars, a prestigious Napa Valley winery. He was formerly Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Strategic Growth Officer for IRI in Chicago, Ill. and Advo, Inc. in Windsor Ct., Previously, he was a senior consultant with Marketing Corporation of America in Westport, CT after successful careers at Norton Simon, Gallo, International Paper Company and Scott Paper Company.
