Without hesitation, I recommend Ellen Kasle as a realtor for anyone looking to buy a home in Providence. In fact, I've already recommended her to friends. My husband and I met Ellen in Dec 2014, a couple of months before I was due to have a baby. We were eager to buy a home in Providence yet limited in how many times we could travel to RI (we were living out of state at the time) due to late pregnancy and then a new baby. Ellen provided very good advice on listing price and the best time to list. As she suggested, we held off till Christmas holiday was over buyers were ready to look. She took it upon her self to stage our vacant condo improving its appeal. We sold our unit in five days at near our asking price. As we had already moved halfway across the country, Ellen handled all of the tasks necessary to complete the purchase.
