Since becoming licensed in 2020, he has guided buyers and sellers with a client-focused approach that emphasizes trust, vision, and seamless execution. His specialties include high-rise condos (The Residences Providence, Waterplace, Carnegie Tower), historic and contemporary East Side homes in Providence, and properties in Lincoln and surrounding areas. Whether helping clients uncover the potential in a property, from subtle design updates to full-scale renovations, or navigating the competitive Rhode Island luxury market, he ensures each experience is both rewarding and successful. 

Born and raised in Lincoln, Derek developed his passion for real estate and historic design early, exploring neighborhoods while attending Moses Brown School and devouring design magazines. After graduating from Bates College with a degree in economics, he purchased and renovated his first downtown Providence unit, launching a decade-long journey flipping 10 properties in high-rise buildings and historic East Side homes.
