Cristian resides in Newport with his wife and high school sweetheart, Anastasia, and brings a luxury hospitality foundation to his real estate practice. His tenure at 41° North and leadership as General Manager of Providence’s acclaimed Clementine Cocktail Bar — owned by former U.S. Representative David Cicilline — shaped his commitment to precision, discretion, and elevated service.

Today, he applies that same strategic focus and attention to detail to every transaction, delivering a seamless, highly personalized experience for discerning clients.

Deeply connected to Newport’s architectural and maritime heritage, Cristian earned his sailing license in 2023 and remains actively engaged in the coastal lifestyle he represents.
