With her keen eye for design and detail, as well as patience, organization, and strong communication skills, Courtney brings a unique perspective to real estate. She grew up outside of Manhattan but has called Jamestown home since 2004 and deeply appreciates its natural beauty and sense of community. Courtney is passionate about helping clients reach their goals, whether that means preparing a home for the market or finding the perfect property and community to make their own. She holds a master's degree in education and draws on her background in teaching to guide clients through each step of the process with clarity, empathy, and a strong sense of direction. As a certified home stager and stylist & owner of HomeWorks Design Co., LLC, she specializes in helping sellers create photo-ready and show-ready spaces that stand out.

Known throughout the island, Courtney and her husband have raised two daughters in Jamestown, where their family has been involved in everything from local schools and theater to sailing, soccer, and beach days. In addition, she has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and served on the board of the Jamestown Community Theater. For balance, she enjoys running local races such as the Newport Bridge Run and Block Island Shad Bloom 10k. At home, Courtney spends time with her family, friends, and a sweet yellow lab named Bruce.
