Born and raised in Rhode Island, Carlos is proudly of Portuguese descent and a first-generation American. With decades of hands-on experience, he sees homes not just as structures, but as living spaces that evolve, reflect personal style, and support the way people live.

• Professional background spanning 20+ years as a self-employed residential painting contractor and interior design professional, with extensive experience working throughout RI and MA

Carlos has always had a passion for architecture and design, with a particular appreciation for Mid-Century Modern homes, while valuing the character and potential of all architectural styles. He believes real estate is about more than a transaction; it’s about genuine connection – understanding goals, listening closely, and guiding clients through one of life’s most meaningful decisions with care and confidence.

With a thoughtful, people-first approach built on years of working directly with homeowners, Carlos emphasizes clear communication, attention to detail, and creating an experience that feels informed, comfortable, and supportive. Outside of work, he enjoys bodybuilding, spending time with his partner and their three dogs, hosting dinners with friends and family, traveling, and watching a wide range of series.
