Bridget brings a warm, welcoming approach to real estate, shaped by years in Rhode Island’s hospitality industry, and a lifelong passion for homes and design. Her background as a barista at the Black Pear, bartender at the Bristol Yacht Club, and server at Waterdog Kitchen and Bar helped her build deep connections across the East Bay—and taught her the art of curating exceptional client experiences.

With a love of architecture and landscapes, Bridget naturally gravitated toward real estate. She was raised with a people-first mindset by her mother, RPL Sales Associate Kathleen Flaherty, who also gave her a front-row seat to the business. Her connection to the community is rooted in childhood summers spent on Hog Island, where her family has owned neighboring homes for generations. With over a century of family history in the area, Bridget offers not just market expertise, but a true local’s insight.
