As part of Residential Properties' Executive Team, Brandyn's focus is strategy formulation for the firm. His capabilities include, but are not limited to, seizing strategic growth opportunities, overseeing brand standards, implementing innovative marketing tactics, promoting corporate culture, facilitating brand partnerships, and, most importantly, supporting all RPL agents.

A seasoned marketing professional, Brandyn has built his skill set in a variety of leadership positions. Before affiliating with RPL, he held an influential role at Compass as lead of their East Coast luxury division, and for over five and a half years was a member of the leadership team at Lila Delman. In these critical roles, he repositioned each brand through a variety of strategic efforts. From directing the marketing department and overseeing growth opportunities to providing high-touch support to agents for luxury listings, Brandyn has established a record of driving company success with thoughtful execution.

Before moving to Rhode Island, he attended college in Manhattan, obtaining his bachelor's degree in marketing with a concentration in upper premium and luxury markets. He then studied interior design at NYU and landed a position with one of the country's most reputable design firms for five years.

Brandyn is a self-professed "eternal optimist," who finds inspiration in design, art, and people. Still passionate about interior design, Brandyn spends his free time working on his 1700's historic colonial in Newport and enjoying all The Ocean State has to offer with his beloved King Charles Cavalier Spaniels, Goose & Sprtiz.
