Over the past three and a half years, Bobby has been an excellent landlord. He responds quickly, communicates clearly, and follows through. He has always been fair with us, reasonable with expectations, and respectful of our time and privacy. He knows the neighborhood well and introduced us to great local spots, which helped us settle in and enjoy the area more. Whenever an issue came up, he addressed it quickly and kept us in the loop until it was resolved. During extreme weather, Bobby provided us with extra portable AC in the summer and a couple of heaters in the winter without us asking for them, which made a difference. Routine repairs were scheduled promptly, with advance notice, and he worked around our availability. I’ve rented in a few places, and this has been one of my best experiences. We felt looked after, not just managed. I’m happy to recommend Bobby without hesitation.

I had the pleasure of being one of Bobby's tenants for the last year. He was a very kind, responsive, and helpful landlord and made our transition moving from NYC to RI much easier. When first moving to a new area, Bobby ensured we had everything we need, and even provided plenty of recommendations for his favorite spots. Any issues with the apartment were always addressed immediately and resolved quickly and competently. When we decided to move out, he was quick to offer his help in finding us a new home and even offered to put us in contact with friends and colleagues of his to learn more about different towns in the area.It was a pleasure working with Bobby, and given the opportunity, I would absolutely work with him again! He was always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and took great care of both his properties and tenants.

Bobby is truly a gem when it comes to anything real estate! He is responsive, prompt, and makes you feel as if you're dealing with a family member or a friend, rather than a landlord or realtor. He was extremely flexible with me especially, knowing I was moving from Hawaii to Rhode Island. If I need something, he is instantly on it. Any household services? He's already ahead of you with a regular quarterly check-in. Being a servicemember, I know all too well the stress factor of moving to a new location in a town you know nothing about (and without having ever stepped foot on the property beforehand). From the moment I walked in, it was beautiful! He even had a card welcoming me (with local recommendations), snacks, and drinks upon my arrival! My job in the service is an attorney, and every day a new client is facing property issues, due the nature of us moving around so much or other struggles. And every day, I thank my lucky stars Bobby is on my side! I simply cannot recommend him enough. When I eventually have to move away from Rhode Island, I will be so sad because no future place could be as pleasant as this experience.

I moved to Rhode Island from NYC and felt instantly at ease with Bobby. His deep knowledge of the area and responsive, friendly communication made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Any question or issue, big or small, was handled quickly and with genuine care. I’d happily recommend and work with him again, whether renting, buying, or selling a home!

As a former tenant, I have nothing but the highest praise for Bobby. Everytime and anytime, Bobby would go above and beyond for any request. Additionally, he stayed on top of all necessary service appointments in taking care of a home. I value Bobby’s hard work and exquisite creativity. Once, I was able to enjoy watching his seasonal rental unit come alive with his impeccable style and originality. The final result made the unit look like it jumped off the pages of Architectural Digest. Bobby takes pleasure in accommodating others’ needs and is always respectful when doing so. I will forever cherish his kind, courteous and positive demeanor. Bobby’s devotion to helping people and the community personally and professionally is highly beneficial to all.
