Annalise didn't just choose Providence – she never left. After graduating from Classical High School, she earned her BA in International Studies from Middlebury College and an MS in Geographic Information Science from Clark University. This technical background reflects her essential approach to real estate: she understands systems, patterns, and places at a level most people never bother with.

Her curiosity previously took her abroad, where she spent years implementing complex projects across the Former Soviet Space. In these high-stakes environments, listening carefully and staying calm under pressure weren't just soft skills – they were survival skills. Today, she brings that same tenacity and strategic focus home to Rhode Island real estate.

Annalise grew up watching her mother work in the industry, absorbing the rhythms of the market and learning early on that this business is truly about building relationships. Providence remains her constant. It is where she and her late husband, Danny, chose to raise their three children. Deeply involved in her children’s education at the Meadowbrook Waldorf School, Annalise remains an active and committed member of the community, representing the city she believes is one of the most underrated in the country.
