ANGIE is by far the BEST realtor I’ve ever worked with! My family and I have moved 4 times in the past 18 years. I have also bought and sold business properties during this time period. I believe this qualifies me for having a lot of experience working with various realtors on both the buying and selling side. I have to stay that Angie is by far the BEST realtor I’ve ever worked with. Her professionalism, personality and responsiveness are just outstanding. She is a skilled negotiator and her ability to close the deal is terrific. If you are buying or selling a home do yourself a favor and hire Angie!

We have known Angie since we moved to the Rhode Island. She and my husband worked at the same company for quite a number of years. We know her on both a personal as well as professional level. I even worked with her on a local board in town. We recently inherited some money and we planned on investing in real estate. Without a doubt we reached out to Angie to help us with our endeavor. After sitting with us and determining our needs and really understanding what our goals were, Angie helped steer us in a different direction. She had our best interest at heart and didn’t “sell” us a beach house. Instead she referred us to an excellent agent in New York City to help us obtain our city get-away. WE tried to sell our house on our own and we couldn’t do it. We got bombarded by so many phone calls. We met with so many agents and through recommendations from a friend we decided to work with Angie. We could not have been any happier. We had never sold a home before and she advised us on so much from marketing, competition, pricing to staging our home. We couldn’t believe it was our house when she was finished staging it! When our house went on the market, the whole world shut down because of C-19. From virtual showings and online videos to in person showings – she got our house sold in record time. We wouldn’t work with anyone else and we feel lucky. She is simply the best!!!

When we first met Angie, she was personable and a delight to talk to. She listened very carefully as we explained what we were looking for. We visited several Home and Condo listings where we believe she got a better understanding of what we were looking for. As a result, she took us to a Condo that my wife fell in love with. We made an offer that was accepted. We live there now enjoying every minute of it.She listened and observed our reaction to every property until she nailed it. If we want to go bigger or smaller, we would work with her again.

Angie took the time to make this stressful process of staging and listing our home FUN. We sold our home on the first day she listed it. She was able to negotiate a price higher than our asking price. We were thrilled with the experience and would recommend her to anyone.!

Angie Salem helped us find our perfect first home, in what has to be record time, during an unprecedented market, all during the Pandemic. We had started house hunting at the end of January 2021, and I’m sitting here in the living room of my new home, writing this, on March 10th 2021! Right from the start it felt like we had known her for years. She’s extremely intuitive and was always one step ahead when it came to knowing and getting all of the information on potential homes for us, which is crucial when houses are literally being bought/sold within days of being put on the market. She always kept us in the loop, and was so patient and happily answered our million-and-one questions. We were always on the same level, and while looking at houses we already knew what each other were thinking with just a glance. She made the entire process so easy, and so painless. (And this is coming from an overly anxious, constantly over-thinking, indecisive, first-time home buyer.) We cannot recommend her enough, especially to first-time home buyers, because she makes the process easy to navigate and understand. She will advocate for you, and make you feel taken care of. Because you will be taken care of.

Angie is simply an amazing real estate agent. What charmed us immediately about her was how earnest she was about finding us the right house, rather than strike a quick business deal. She must have shown us 20 homes over an 8-month period, but never once was she pushy or did she lose patience. She sat with all of us in the family to truly understand our needs. When there were 7 competing bids on the home we finally bought, she did some deft negotiating and gave us great advice. She is a top-notch professional, and we are surely going back to her when we are ready to sell and buy again!

Angie knows the ins and out of the real estate business, is patient with explaining the specifics, gives clients critical information to make decisions, is very personable, has great positive energy, and goes the extra mile to help clients from start to finish. She's the best!

We sold our home in September/October 2022 with Angie. Angie blew us away from the first moment we met her. Her plan to sell our home was perfect. She was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about selling with us. One service Angie offers to her clients that many realtors don't, is home staging. Having sold before, I was aware of many do's and don'ts of selling, but there was much more that we were able to do to get our home ready for listing photos. Our photos worked so well that we had many people at our first open house and multiple offers that first weekend. If we had not been relocated out of the state, we would definitely have used Angie to sell with in the future and I recommend her to anyone who is looking.
