If you're a seller, he can advise you through the long-term preservation of your home. If you're a buyer who wants an older home with character and soul, but also energy efficiency, contemporary amenities, and new materials, Brent can help you make informed decisions. What are your goals and aspirations? What kinds of older buildings are most appealing to you? Whether it's an urban neighborhood, a quaint village, a rural farmhouse, a seaside retreat, or a converted mill building condominium, he'll be your one-stop resource for creating your dream home.
Brent lives in an 1896 two-family home in Providence's Armory Historic District. He is a driven advocate for both neighborhood revitalization, environmental resilience, and affordable housing. He serves on the boards of HousingWorksRI, the Providence Resiliency Partnership, and was appointed by the Governor to both the RI Historical Preservation & Heritage Commission and the State House Restoration Committee. In his free time, he enjoys paddle boarding on the Narrow River, relaxing on out-of-the-way beaches, reading on his porch, and dining in the area's many excellent restaurants.
