Five stars are not adequate to describe the level of client relationships that Tom establishes! He was relentless in going the extra mile to pursue opportunities that were off market. To that end, he initiated several outreach/mail campaigns to homeowners in the neighborhood we identified as our dream location. Through that effort, he connected with an owner interested in selling their property. As it turns out, the property was one we had admired for quite some time. I have worked with Tom to purchase two homes and sell one. He has always been fantastic, not only when the transaction goes smoothly, but more importantly when it doesn’t. I had the pleasure of working with Tom in 2023 as we relocated from the Midwest to Rhode Island. Relocating is stressful enough, but it was made even more stressful due an incredibly difficult real estate market with very low inventory and extremely competitive bidding wars with properties usually going under contract with 72 hours to all-cash buyers. Fortunately, Tom's professionalism, patience and steady hand helped us navigate the process and we eventually found the right home for us in a great location. I contacted Tom a few months before I planned on listing and he provided suggestions on what I needed to do and what I really didn’t need to do to increase the sale of my home. Throughout the process of buying and selling he was always available for questions and to view properties.
