Our experience with Lauri was phenomenal. Due to Covid restrictions, we were not able to travel to Providence to physically look at apartments. Lauri made it so easy to get a feel for what we wanted in a neighborhood and an apartment in the area. She gave us several options and even offered to video call us as she walked through the space. Lauri is very knowledgeable about the area and we ended up finding the perfect place in Fox Point that had all the amenities we wanted at our price point! She has always been quick to respond, helpful with the lease process, and even provided us with local recommendations. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Lauri!

My new build was fraught with problems from start to finish. This included last minute serious problems clearing title. Thankfully I had Lauri by my side. Lauri is a “professional” realtor. She’s not in this business for just the big bucks. She prefers a happy, satisfied client. Her priority over and over was my satisfaction and we were tested. She is extremely knowledgeable, reliable and best of all approachable. She was my calm in this long, exhausting, overwhelming journey.

Lauri was so helpful and pleasant to work with. It was a real challenge to move from a far away state to Rhode Island to find a home to be close to grandkids. We were only able to come up for a week in the middle of our search. But Lauri took wonderful and clear videos of the inside and outside of the homes we were interested in. She was very experienced on how to bid on the houses as well. Thanks to her we did find a wonderful home that met our needs!
