I met Mary Ann in 2000. An absolutely beautiful reproduction colonial on the market had caught my eye. I met her at the house for the first time for a showing, and since that day, she has proven to be not only an exceptionally wise, diligent and very gifted professional realtor, but also a kind, honest, person and friend. Mary Ann has taken me though many high end real estate transactions, and despite being an attorney for over twenty years, I could never have handled so many profitable transactions without her. With the reproduction colonial, she patiently showed me the house at least six times, and helped me with the negotiations which lasted for over one full year. She knew I missed the wild Rhododendrons from a previous house and planted some for me there which still grow today. Soon thereafter, she helped me turn a Two Hundred Seventy Thousand dollar piece of land into a One Million, Two Hundred Thousand dollar sale. Over the years, she has always immediately answered my phone calls, met me for breakfast, and otherwise been completely available for me in my search for investment opportunities. She patiently showed me and discussed many ocean front homes and divisible pieces of land. Recently, she helped me negotiate the purchase of an exceptional ocean front shingle style home on over three acres of land in Narragansett. Also recently, she listed a vacation home of mine, and she had it made The Providence Journal's "Home of the Week". Mary Ann is simply exceptional at what she does. I enjoy every minute I work with her. She loves her profession, and has a wonderful eye for beauty and value. She's always pleasant, in a good mood, never pushy or pretentious. She can disagree without being disagreeable. She's capable of being utterly kind and even quite funny while being the best at what she does. I would never use anybody else for a Real Estate Agent.
