A lifelong Rhode Island native licensed in both RI and MA, Kate is a multimillion-dollar producer who has been at Residential Properties for more than 25 years. She loves helping clients with buying or selling a home; an important, often emotional decision. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer, selling a long-time family home, or looking for something that meets your family's needs a bit better, Kate is your trusted advisor at each stage of life.

Sales are in Kate's DNA. She began in her father's business, "Fournier Jeep," a 60-year force in RI auto sales. Starting there in 1988, she remained for 10 years, learning the value of customer service and personal connections. In addition to selling Jeeps, she worked in the company's marketing department as promotions manager, which included the planning and coordination of auto shows. By joining Residential Properties in 1999, however, she was able to continue her sales career within a family-run company focused on people, where she happily remains today.

Kate grew up in Pawtucket with eight siblings and eventually raised her own four kids in Barrington, all attending the town's public schools. She is a believer in the adage that home is truly where the heart is, so let her help you realize your own dreams with her unmatched expertise.
