Kris Chwalk has been a multi-million dollar producer in Rhode Island and Massachusetts for over 30 years. Her intimate knowledge of the East Bay comes first hand as a fifth generation resident of Barrington. Having represented hundreds of clients in the purchase or sale of often their largest and most personal investment, Kris takes the utmost care and pays attention to every detail.

Kris attributes her success to the high number of word-of-mouth referrals and to her philosophy of treating each client as a member of her own family. She truly cares about everyone touching a real estate transaction and puts her vast network to use for the benefit of her clients.

Kris grew up sailing competitively on Narragansett Bay and knows the water and its surrounding intimately. She puts that knowledge into play weekly as a real estate waterfront specialist who understands the nuances of coastal real estate.

As an active member of the community, Kris has served as a board member or volunteer on numerous community groups including Barrington Yacht Club, Rhode Island Country Club, St John's Church, countless PTO's.

Outside of work, Kris enjoys spending time with her husband Terry, three grown children and their spouses, her six adorable grandchildren and five grand dogs. She is an avid boater who enjoys cruising with her family on Narragansett Bay and beyond. She loves to play golf, pickleball, and ski.
