With gorgeous views of Pascoag Reservoir right across the street, this home has been lovingly cared for over several decades, but is now ready for it's next chapter! This Cape Cod style home, being sold by a Trust and in "as is" condition, offers 4 bedrooms - with 2 being on the 2nd floor and 2 on the first floor, a full bath on the first floor, a spacious living room with a wood stove insert in the fireplace and a sunroom that offers the perfect vantage point to look out at the water! There is a newer roof, a Weil-McLain Gold steam boiler, a new oil tank and 2 garage bays as well! Situated on a 0.659 acre lot, there is a ton of potential in the back yard. Connected to town water and town sewer, with some vision and cosmetics it'll be just perfect for its new owners!
