Two car garage and lots of parking. House is very sunny with skylights in almost every room! 5 minute car/10 minute bike ride down to Stonington Village! The village has great restaurants; Water Street Cafe, Dogwatch and Milagros. Stop by the Library or the Stonington Lighthouse. Take a dip at DuBois Beach or Waylands Warf. The Village has Connecticut's only commercial fishing fleet, playground, kayak/paddleboard rentals, and a farmer's market every Saturday. Right outside the village is the Velvet Mill which houses a bakery, antique shops and Beerd Brewery. 10 minutes away is Mystic, where you will find shops and restaurants such as The Oyster Club, Daniel Packard Inne, Red 36 and Bravo Bravo as well as Mystic Seaport and the Mystic Aquarium. Close by is Westerly and Watch Hill. Visit East Beach, Napatree or stop by the Ocean House for a cocktail and beautiful views!
