For my buyers I will make myself available at your convenience to view properties. I am not afraid of showing you 20 homes if that’s what it takes to find the right one. I will put my 10 years of contracting experience to work for you to pre-inspect every home we see to find any potential issues that will come up as a result of your inspections. I will do a full market analysis to assess the value of each property regardless of the ask price and most importantly I am not afraid to tell you that, “you shouldn’t buy that house”.
