Elizabeth R. Messier, CRP - Director of Relocation Services

Elizabeth Messier Liz is pleased to be back with Residential Properties after spending two years as Regional Vice President for the LendingTree Real Estate Broker network.  Prior to that she served as Director of Corporate and Relocation Services for Residential Properties for 9 years.  Liz holds the CRP – Certified Relocation Professional Designation and is a member of The Relocation Directors Council (RDC).  Liz has served on the National Advisory Board for Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and is active in local and national relocation organizations.  A Rhode Island resident since 1978, Liz is a licensed realtor in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Sue Powers, CRS, CBR, ABR - Realtor - Senior Relocation Counselor

Sue Powers came to Residential Properties Ltd. in 2000 as a sales associate in the company's East Greenwich Office. In 2009, she joined the Relocation team as its Senior Relocation Specialist. Sue is responsible for incoming and outgoing referrals within the LeadingRE network, for internal communications regarding outgoing referrals, and for assisting with the servicing of corporate clients. Sue is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), a Certified Relocation Specialist (CRS), and a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR). Prior to her career in real estate, Sue worked in Burrillville for almost a decade as an education liaison for special needs individuals and brings to the relocation department experience in working with a variety of individuals. She believes that success is achieved by first envisioning success. A native Rhode Islander, Sue currently lives in East Greenwich.

Christine Haner, RCC-Realtor - Relocation Counselor

christine haner Christine Haner brings 15 years of customer service experience to Residential Properties Ltd. She takes pride in her hands-on, helpful approach with each client. Christine handles all of our incoming referral business placed within our member affiliate - Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. She works closely with Residential Properties real estate professionals and relocating individuals. She conveys a positive and friendly attitude in every aspect of her work. She is a member of the Northern RI Chamber of Commerce. Christine, her husband and their three children reside in North Smithfield where she is an active member of her community.
