Elizabeth R. Messier, CRP - Director of Relocation Services

Liz is pleased to be back with Residential Properties after spending two years as Regional Vice President for the LendingTree Real Estate Broker network.  Prior to that she served as Director of Corporate and Relocation Services for Residential Properties for 9 years.  Liz holds the CRP – Certified Relocation Professional Designation and is a member of The Relocation Directors Council (RDC).  Liz has served on the National Advisory Board for Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and is active in local and national relocation organizations.  A Rhode Island resident since 1978, Liz is a licensed realtor in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Janice Mapel,

CRP, RCC-Realtor - Senior Relocation Counselor

Janice Mapel came to Residential Properties Ltd. with over 10 years of experience in the Human Resource field. Having worked on the other side of relocation she understands the challenges of Human Resource professionals. She is an active member of the local ERC (employee relocation council) chapter and the Rhode Island HRM (Human Resource Management) network. Janice regularly attends regional and national Relocation conferences to stay updated on current trends. Having relocated her own family several times she has first-hand knowledge of the relocation process. Janice enjoys helping others and strongly believes in team effort. Janice lives in an 18th Century farm house in Coventry with her family.

Christine Haner, RCC-Realtor - Relocation Counselor

Christine Haner brings 15 years of customer service experience to Residential Properties Ltd. She takes pride in her hands-on, helpful approach with each client. Christine handles all of our incoming referral business placed within our member affiliate - Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. She works closely with Residential Properties real estate professionals and relocating individuals. She conveys a positive and friendly attitude in every aspect of her work. She is a member of the Northern RI Chamber of Commerce. Christine, her husband and their three children reside in North Smithfield where she is an active member of her community.
