Kathy began her career in real estate in 2005, coordinating interior finish selections on site at Ferry Landing in Portsmouth and the Residences at the Westin in Providence. She joined Residential Properties in 2008. Licensed in RI and MA, she has completed Accredited Buyer Representative training, is a designated Energy Smart Real Estate Specialist and a student of feng shui.

 Kathy is a member of the RI Historical Society, Providence Preservation Society and the Newport Historical Society. She holds a certificate in Historic Preservation from the Rhode Island School of Design.
