I enjoy helping people. Whether that is helping to sell their home or by representing them as their buyer’s agent. I pride myself in going that extra mile for my clients and that includes treating all my clients with respect and honesty. I am proud to say that in 2006, I sold 9 listings in less than 30 days. This was when the average ‘days on market’ time span was over 90 days. In 2007, I sold 8 properties in approximately 45 days or less.
I recently became an Accredited Buyers Representative Designate. (ABR) Also, I am on the board of directors of the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors.
I am a lifelong resident of Cumberland and have over 30 years of sales experience. I graduated from Roger Williams College in 1972.
I have served my community as a member of the Cumberland Zoning Board for 13 years. Thus, being a member on the first school bond sub-committee that built the new B.F. Norton School on Broad Street. While my daughters were growing up, I enjoyed being the manager for the Town’s girls softball team and I coached my daughter’s basketball team at the Cumberland-Lincoln Boys and Girls Club. At that time, I ran the fundraiser for the purchase of a new basketball scoreboard for the Club.
Concerned for the continuation of sports programs in the town, I joined the Cumberlandfest Steering Committee. As a member of the steering committee for ten years, I was in charge of corporate sponsorship, raising thousands of dollars for the town’s sports programs.
