A third generation Rhode Island Realtor and son of Sally Lapides founder & CEO of Residential Properties Ltd., I love my job selling real estate.

I grew up on the East Side of Providence. I recently purchased my first home in the Fox Point neighborhood after renting in downtown Providence during my first year of real estate. Current market conditions allowed me to become a homeowner more easily than before, with low interest rates and increased inventory. My recent personal real estate transaction has given me a unique perspective into my buyer clients. It has also helped me to think competitively and creatively to sell my listings.

I am a graduate of Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts where I received a BA in English and Photography. I am both a published writer and photographer, and it is my pleasure to integrate my background in the arts with my profession.

I attended The Gordon School in East Providence, The Wheeler School on the East Side, and The Mountain School of Milton Academy in Vershire, Vermont.

I am a native Rhode Islander, and I have explored both the history and the landscape of the state. I love touring relocating customers, and I love sharing my knowledge with my clients. From apartment rentals to condo sales and from historic East Side houses or rambling seaside mansions, I have experience with many facets of the Rhode Island real estate market. Most of all, I want to listen to and understand my clients' needs for a smooth real estate transaction.
