Joseph Luca Joins RPL-Commercial as Broker Associate in Cumberland

Cumberland, R.I. (March 8, 2010) -RPL-Commercial, a division of Residential Properties Ltd., Rhode Island’s largest privately held real estate company, announced that Joseph Luca has joined their Cumberland office as a Broker Associate.
 
Luca, native to Rhode Island, received his Real Estate license in Massachusettes in 1992 and started at Fidelity Partners. He specializes in commercial real estate, investment properties, and business sales. His most recent experience comes from Luca Commercial, which he started in 2005.
 
He is an active member of the Board of Directors for the Northern Rhode Island Board of REALTORS. He also serves the Northern RI Board as Chairman of RPAC, Member of the Program Committee and Treasurer. Luca enjoys spending time with his family, along with running, reading and writing poetry.
 
Luca received his Bachelors degree from Boston University in English and Italian Literature with a minor concentration in Economics. He says, "Persistence is the seed of success." Residential Properties Ltd. is looking forward to being successful with Joseph Luca on their side.
