Residential Properties expands for the new market

Providence, RI (February 17, 2010) – The real estate market has not been robust since the peak in 2006 and has caused many agencies to cut back. However, Residential Properties has added significantly to the sales staff recently. Almost all offices have seen an increase.

Twelve new agents have joined the organization since December of 2009. Here is a list of the additional people:

Providence – Debra DeLuca, Jim DeRentis, and Nicole Ford

Barrington – Bonni Koppelman and Jennae Paul

East Greenwich – Jill Forman-Cerasale, Jeanie Gorrie, Pamela King, Karen Primeau, and Peter Rock

Narragansett – Kristen Denice and Patrick Murray

According to Libby Isaacson, COO “To add agents in these market conditions, required a selective process to insure we were adding strategically.  It always requires time and resources that right now are precious as we ramp up the business to accommodate the changing times in the industry.  We feel we found the right people for Residential.”
