Providence, RI (October 14, 2009) – Residential Properties Ltd. is pleased to announce that Doreen LeBlanc has been installed as the President of the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors for 2010 at the board’s meeting on Wednesday, October 14, 2009. Her term officially begins on November 1, 2009. Doreen LeBlanc began her real estate career in May of 2002 when she joined Residential Properties Ltd. Cumberland office. Doreen is a multi-million dollar producer and has a Real Estate license in RI and MA.
Since joining the NRIBR’S Board of Directors Doreen has served as Vice-President and President-Elect before moving into the President’s position. Doreen currently serves on the Program, Bylaws, Grievance, Nominating, Finance, Political Affairs & RPAC, Policy & Procedure Manual Revision, Strategic planning & Building, and Golf Committees. She co-chaired the NRIBR’S Golf Charity Event in 2007, which donated all proceeds to “Make A Wish RI Chapter.”
Doreen has resided in Cumberland RI for over 20 years where she and her husband, Edward, have raised their three daughters, Nicole, Monique and Michelle. Edward served in the United States Coast Guard for over 27 years before retiring as a Commander. He is presently employed with the USCG as chief of the Waterways Management Division Sector Southeastern New England.
