Breckenridge, CO (October 28, 2008) – Tom Flanagan, Director of Information for Residential Properties Ltd., recently attended the Enterprise Network annual retreat which was held in Breckenridge, CO.

The Enterprise Network is an invitation-only network of private Real Estate firms who share and proactively develop advancements in technology. The Network functions under the umbrella of Active Website.

The purpose of the conference was to enhance user experience on the company's shared platform.  One of the topics developed was a “Social Networking” strategy. The Enterprise Network believes that Social Networks, which include Twitter and LinkedIn, certainly have a place within the Real Estate community, when implemented responsibly.

The panel of speakers included Joel Burslem, VP of content for Inman News, a Real Estate News portal. He is additionally the creator of "The Future of Real Estate Marketing," a real estate marketing blog

Another expert panelist was Marc Bujold from EpikOne, an Enterprise Partner with Google. Bujold specializes in growing business online, and presented an in-depth discussion of Google Analytics.

Flanagan, who is a graduate of New England Institute of Technology, has been with Residential Properties since 2005. A lifelong resident of Rhode Island, Flanagan cuurently lives with his wife Kathy and daughter Marley Grace.
