Flanagan to Represent RPL at Real Estate Connect® NYC
PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Residential Properties Ltd. Technology Director, Tom Flanagan has been selected to appear as a featured speaker at the Real Estate Connect® NYC 2013 conference, produced by Inman News®. The three-day event will be held at the Grand Hyatt New York, running from Wednesday, January 16 to Friday, January 18, with Flanagan's forum scheduled to begin at 2:05 p.m. on Thursday afternoon.

Flanagan will participate on a panel assembled to lead a broker best practice forum entitled "Getting it done: How 3 brokerage technologists buy, build, or license their way to digital innovation." He will be joined on the panel by several distinguished guests, including Kevin Kaplan (VP of Marketing and Technology, Long Realty), David Gumpper (Director of Technology, Michael Saunders and Company), and Glenn Sanford (Founder/CEO, eXp Realty LLC).
Flanagan, who graduated from the New England Institute of Technology with a degree in Interactive Multimedia, possesses a wealth of knowledge regarding innovative technology, and is particularly enthusiastic about design and usability. In addition to his role at Residential Properties, he also serves as a syndicated technology columnists for Inman News.
Real Estate Connect, which celebrates its 17th year this January, attracts thousands of industry leaders annually, and is billed as the premier event for anyone interested in real estate.
