Experience
Founded J. W. Riker-NRI Inc. in 1982 with two sales associates and grew the company until its acquisition by the DeWolfe Companies and ultimately Coldwell Banker NRT. During those years, grew the company via internal growth and acquisitions to 16 sales offices and 275 licensed sales associates.
Also founded Riker Mortgage Company a fully licensed broker-lender, J. W. River Real Estate School and Capitol Appraisal. At the time of its acquisition, J. W. Riker had grown to become the 177th largest real estate brokerage in the country.
Positions with DeWolfe and Coldwell Banker included Vice President of Sales-RI, and Vice President-Mergers & Acquisitions.
Most Recently worked on a consulting basis with various real estate brokerage operations throughout Rhode Island with a primary emphasis in agent and management training and administrative infrastructure systems.

Community Involvement
In 1995, founded RikerCares a 501c3 charitable corporation dedicated to aiding homeless families. Ultimately purchased and donated a 3 unit home in Providence used to house homeless families in transition in association with Travelers Aid (now Crossroads). This company was also ultimately acquired by Coldwell Banker and is now the national charitable arm of Coldwell Banker and known as Coldwell Banker Cares.
