Bio
I have enjoyed my career with Residential Properties since 1997 and have been the Broker/Manager of the South County office since January 2003, and the East Greenwich Office since January 2006. For me, helping people achieve their Real Estate goals is one of the most rewarding part of my business. After all, it's the largest investment anyone will make and the place they call "Home". What could be more important than that?

Awards
Received the "On Track" Top Overall Producer and Team Leader Awards while taking the Floyd Wickman Course in 2002. Have received Bronze award in 1998, Silver in 1999 and 2000, Platinum in 2001 and 2002, Gold in 2003, 2004 and 2005 and Silver in 2006.

Experience
I have been in the business for over 10 years and have been through different Real Estate markets. I find that you just have to adapt to the type of market that you're in and adjust your marketing stratagies to fit. If you do that, all markets become good!

Service Areas
All of Kent and Washington County. I am licensed in CT as well as RI. I can also arrange for service anywhere in the US and internationally through our Relocation Department.

As Manager
As Manager of the South County and East Greenwich Offices, my agents are my clients as well. I find much satisfaction in watching them succeed and grow their business. When I'm not managing or selling Real Estate I enjoy boating and gardening in the summer months. In the winter months, for me, there is nothing else but Real Estate!
