In 1981, Sally Lapides, a co-founder of Residential
Properties Ltd., recognized that the real estate business was changing.
She saw that old solutions and traditional approaches to the business were
neither practical, nor effective. A new way of practicing real estate demanded
vision, a spirit of innovation, and a philosophy to undertake an entirely
new approach as yet unseen in the real estate industry. Above all, Sally
understood that "quality" is a universal language, and resolved
to fashion every aspect of the business from this fresh perspective. With
these ideals and concepts firmly fixed, Residential Properties Ltd. was
launched.
The company's success follows a philosophy based on the synergy of our agents, and, we are successful because we work harder... and, we work smarter. We do real estate. Period. We concentrate on the two things that we do best: selling real estate and helping buyers find a new home.
Since then, the company has charted a course of dynamic, sustained and
remarkable growth; building from a small group of six people to over 150
Sales Professionals and a 25 person support staff located in offices throughout
Rhode Island - Barrington, Cranston, Cumberland, East Greenwich, Newport,
Providence, South County and a Relocation Office in Smithfield.
Residential Properties' Relocation Division, universally recognized as
the finest in the area by all of the major companies in southeastern New
England for their expertise, professionalism and service, was recently
awarded RELO® "Quality Certification" status. Only 22 RELO®
affiliates in the United States have achieved this coveted status and
we are the only one in New England with this honor.
