Residential Properties Ltd. recently completed the sale of 35 Bourne Lane for $2,500,000, making it the highest priced sale in the Town of Barrington this year. Residential Properties represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction, with Elizabeth Cournoyer as the listing agent and Kris Chwalk as the buyer’s agent.

Overall, there have been seven recorded MLS sales of $1,000,000 or more in Barrington this year, five of which have been represented by Residential Properties Ltd.
