Residential Properties Ltd. has completed the sale of the James E. & Alice B. Sullivan House on the East Side of Providence for $1,600,000. The RPL Sales Team of Markham + DeRentis Associates was proud to represent both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

On September 27, Residential Properties Ltd. completed the sale of 345 Thames Street Unit 110 North for $1,400,000 with Barbara Stamp of RPL’s Barrington office as the both the listing and selling agent.
