RPL Sales Associate, Mary Ann Lisi represented the buyer in the transaction, while Re/Max Flagship Sales Associate, Sharon Remington Ford represented the seller.

RPLBench

As part of its 35th Anniversary Celebration, Residential Properties Ltd. has donated an Ipe park bench to the Narragansett South Pavilion for residents and guests to enjoy.

The bench was donated through Narragansett’s Adopt-A-Bench Program, which helps maintain and provide benches throughout the town. The benches supply lasting tributes to individuals and organizations while also benefiting the parks program by offering much needed site amenities to visitors of the town’s local parks and beaches.

Known as Rhode Island’s Real Estate Company®, RPL prides itself on being actively involved in the community and giving back to Rhode Island residents. With five offices statewide, Residential Properties Ltd. frequently sponsors community events and donates time to charitable organizations in the Ocean State.

In addition to sponsoring the event, Residential Properties Ltd. was proud to have 12 members of the company participate in the 45th Annual Blessing of the Fleet road race held in Narragansett this past Friday, July 29. The participants were comprised of eight walkers and four runners, led by RPL COO Libby Isaacson who turned in an impressive performance, earning first place for the women in her age bracket.

In addition to Isaacson, who finished the 10 mile race with a swift time of 1:32:47.0 (9:17/mile), Residential Properties also had three other runners complete the race, including Narragansett Sales Associate Mary Ann Lisi (1:41:28.0, 10:09/mile), Providence Sale Associate Leslie Kellogg (1:42:36.0, 10:16/mile), and Narragansett Sales Associate Dana Zangari (2:06:35.0, 12:39/mile).

RPL also had a total of eight company members walk the race, including Narragansett Sales Associates Lynn Leffray, Marisa Ferris, and Kimberly Pucci, East Greenwich Sales Associates Linda Dolan and Mark Raymond, Narragansett Office Administrator Maureen Golding, Corporate Technology Lead James LeGeros, and the company’s CEO & President Sally Lapides.
