Residential Properties Ltd. recently closed the sale of 264 Bonnet Point Road in Narragansett for $1,335,000, marking the highest priced single family sale in Bonnet Shores this year. RPL Sales Associate, Mary Ann Lisi represented the buyer in the transaction, while Re/Max Flagship Sales Associate, Sharon Remington Ford represented the seller.

Located in the seaside neighborhood of Bonnet Shores, this three bedroom, three bath Victorian has been totally remodeled to take advantage and accentuate its views of the beach and ocean beyond. The interior showcases a bright and open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings, maple hardwood floors, and even a built-in saltwater reef aquarium. The waterside porch and deck provide ideal locations for enjoying the amazing sunsets, while the bonus room above the garage is perfect for a rec area or media room.

The buyer’s agent, Mary Ann Lisi, has lived in the South County area for over 20 years and is an expert in luxury real estate along the southern coastline of Rhode Island, including South Kingstown, Narragansett, North Kingstown, Charlestown, Westerly, and Jamestown.
