On June 21, Residential Properties Ltd. completed the sale of 436 Blackstone Boulevard in Providence for $1,650,000 with Christina Ardente as the listing agent, representing RPL’s Barrington office and Jim DeRentis as the selling agent, representing RPL’s Providence office. According to current MLS data, this marks the ninth East Side single family sale of over $1,000,000 this year, with Residential Properties Ltd. proudly representing 11 of the possible 18 sides.
