For the third consecutive year, Residential Properties Ltd. has been ranked as the #1 real estate company in Rhode Island for both number of residences sold and overall sales volume in the recently released Providence Business News List of Residential Real Estate Agencies.
During 2017, RPL led the state with a 1,852 transaction sides, while also finishing the year with a company record $794,854,526 in total sales volume – over $300,000,000 more than the next closest competitor.
“What a thrill it is to be the #1 real estate agency in the state for a third year in a row,” exclaimed RPL President & CEO Sally Lapides upon learning the news. “Thank you to all of our loyal clients, as well as our extraordinary agents, staff, and management who make this possible.”
